Receiving Transactions - invalid item to be inspected

I have an item that is listed in the receiving transactions window that is waiting to be inspected. The unit of measure is incorrect on this line,  showing as  .000005 quart while on the PO it is linked to the UOM is showing as fluid ounces with a qty of 112.5 (which has already been received/inspected in). It seems that this line in receiving transaction window is extra, not really sure where it came from but it has been there for quite sometime. This line is completely invalid, what is the best way to get rid of it?
