10g Enterprise manager, ASM Disk groups not showing up

in Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC) Question

I am trying to view the asm disk group information through enterprise manager 10g and it is not showing up.  I click on the Administration tab in the ASM section and there are no Disk Groups listed?  This is an older 10G database that has been is use for a long time, the disk groups are there and being used.  Just not displayed in EM.  I can select them from v$asm_diskgroup.
