How to Start BI Publisher in background mode on Windows 2008 64 server

Hi,

We have integrated BI Publisher 11.1.1.7 with siebel 8.1.1.11 and both are on windows platform.  Whenever we open the cmd prompt and say "startWebLogic.cmd", if the windows session is logged off our Weblogic goes down.

Need inputs on how to run the start command "startWebLogic.cmd" in background mode, similar to using " nohup *command* & " in Linux.
