Why are we getting ORA_4030 in 11.2.0.3.0 with Datapump export

Below is the output from DB alert log.

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 4056 bytes (Alloc environm,alloc direct path context hndl)

Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/d1841p/D1841P1/trace/D1841P1_dw03_12019.trc (incident=417851):
