VM server cannot to added to pool (fresh install)

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question

Dear Community,

I have freshly installed OVM server version Oracle VM server release 3.2.8, and downloaded OVM-manager ova from oracle, The manager recognized the server (discovered) and also storage.

However when i create the server pool and try to allocate the server to the pool i get error as below:
