Close management and Reconciliation Managers fails to deploy at SOA

I am trying to install and configure FCM on a window server 2003 server. the installation of FCM products, RCU and SOA was successful . Also the configuration of SOA suite was successful.

But when I am trying to deploy "Close Management" and "Reconciliation Manager" to SOA the status is failed. The admin server and weblogic server are running in background,which are per-requisite for SOA deployment (as per guide).

Please help me with this error.
