When we run the payroll after terminating the employee few elements are processed twice

Dear Friends,


When we run the payroll after terminating the employee, few elements are processed twice. for example when i terminate the employee as of 14MARCH2014 and if run quick pay one of the element like shift allowance is processing twice. If any one has faced similar issue, kindly provide the solution.
