Barcodes Font Displayed on the Report But Not Recognized when using scan gun

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

We have developed an XML publisher report and are using the Font fles to display the bar code.

We have followed the standard approach of creating the font file --> font mapping etc and assigned the font mapping to the specific concurrent program etc.

The report is displaying the Barcodes in the output of the report .

Issue we are facing is :

The issue we are now facing is that , these bar codes are not recognized when scanned from a scan gun.

Request your help at the earliest.
