how to perform initial load for golden gate replication

Hi

Request you to please help in understanding how to perform initial load for golden gate replication.  we have few databases on 9iR2 (9.2.0.8) on AIX to be migrated to 11gR2 on OEL 6.3 using golden gate to reduce the downtime.  Few source databases are of size >1 TB.
