While applying prereqs patch 5930083 of prereqs patch 5930115  of patch 9904647:


“The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

gms forms/ESA       GMSBUEBU.fmx

gms forms/ESA       GMSAWEAW.fmx

gms forms/ESA       GMSTRENE.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.”
