error on change language in admin or developper

HI,

sorry about my English

we have just installed apex 4.2.5

on aix with httpserver mod_plsql on windows 2008

we have executed on aix

set NLS_LANG =FRENCH_FRANCE.AL32UTF8

sqlplus as sysdba

ALTER SESSION SET CURRENT_SCHEMA=APEX_040200

@load_fr.sql

but when i want to change the language in APEX i have this message

(in admin or builder)

on connect page (in admin or builder)

ORA-06550: Ligne 2, colonne 36 : PLS-00103: Symbole ".4552" rencontré à la place d'un des symboles suivants : ( ; is with authid as cluster order using external deterministic parallel_enable pipelined result_cache Symbole ".4552" n'a pas été pris en compte.
