Help with Sourcing Reusable Attributes Lists....

Hi Oracle Community –

We have created a Reusable Attribute List in Sourcing.  When this attribute list is assigned to line items on a negotiation, the attributes are not update-able by the supplier submitting a quote.  I've attached some screen shots.

Is there a setup that we are missing some where to make these attributes usable by the suppliers creating a quote?

I didn't see any patches related to this in Oracle Support but I may have missed something.

Any help or direction is very appreciated!!
