Project SLA for Revenue Adjustment

We have a requirement to update the revenue adjustment event type BSV segment but after making copies of all the required setups for the SLA I have not been able to select any segment in the ADR tab.  Also the seeded line type does not have the normal "All Segments" populated. Does anyone have information on if this event type is able to be updated?  I also have an SR open as I have not run into this in the other subledgers when doing SLA, I have always been able to copy and update as needed.
