Does receipt accrual period end treat receipts with no invoice differently from those with an invoic

Hi

When Receipt Accrual Period End runs, does it treat a completely uninvoiced receipt any differently from a receipt that is matched to an invoice (either partiallly or fully) but that has gone on invoice hold?

ie Would receipts for which invoices appear on the Invoices on Hold report be accrued?
