Patch 18346269:R12.OIE.B Caused APXINLIN.pll and APXINWKB.fmx to Fail to Generate

Hello Support,

Patch 18346269 was applied, the below object generation failed after patch application.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        APXINLIN.pll

ap      forms/US        APXINWKB.fmx

How may these be corrected?
