SiebelAx_HI_Client downloading wrong file

Hi All,

Hope I will get help on this.

I have Siebel HI client on version 7.8.2.16(19255) enu.  I applied QF (QF0G03) and I had to revoke the Quick fix. To test on client, I deleted all the files from Internet Browser--> Options-->Settings-->View Objects. When I open the Siebel client it downloads SiebelAx_HI_Client_19255_QF0G03.dll and compalins that 'Your Version of the Siebel High Interactivity Framework for IE, reuqired for use of this Siebel application, may not be current.... and comes back to log on screen.

I suspect the issue is that it not downloading correctly as SiebelAx_HI_Client_19255.dll.
