FSG strange printing issue

We are on 11.5.10.2. I am having a strange issue while trying to print an FSG report.

One fsg report runs just fine while another one completes with the following warning.

Output is not being printed because:

Program failed to set the report print style.

Both FSG reports were run using "Program - Run Financial Statement Generator"

Can anybody point me to what setting in the report is causing this?
