Adding an unplanned outside Operation in P3112

Hi,

         I'm trying to add an unplanned outside operation manually in the WO routing application P3112 in E1 9.1. I noticed that the primary supplier field (VEND) is disabled and its not letting me enter the supplier number manually whereas i was able to do that in XE. Is it part of the net change?
