Lease Renewal

Hi,

What is the best practice for lease renewal. Do we need to amend it by extending the termination date or we shall create a new lease altogether?

There are various factors affecting lease like Billing tab, Milestone etc. So taking various factors into consideration what shall be best practice to follow?
