Why Planner code is not being collected and does not show up in Planner workbench??

Hello Gurus,

Issue: Planner code do not show up in Planner workbench to filer supply/demand data by Planner code.

Specifics:

1. Happens intermittently.

2. Have checked that data collection includes Planner=Yes

3. Running with complete refresh

4. Have tried refreshing snapshots ALL prior to run

5. Planner code have employee assignment

What confuses me is that the issue happens intermittently. From what I see the issue happens when plans are generated out of scheduled Launch Plan sessions. If I manually collect data nd launch plan, majority of time it ors collect the planner codes.
