Set up master UBE Planning

Hi,

In order to optimize performance of MRP batch jobs E1 document suggest to use Master UBE and Parallel processing.

How do we set up Master UBE for parallel jobs? Do we have any standard program which can call child UBE and work as a Master? Or a custom UBE has to design to fulfill this purpose?
