Under which MGMT$ view the DBA_USERS information will be stored?

Hi,

I am trying to write a compliance rule which checks for any username with DEFAULT profile, but not sure where DBA_USERS information will get stored and in which MGMT$ view? I have enabled security configuration and it loaded lot of information to MGMT$ views, but I am looking specific to DBA_USERS information.

Please advise.
