Auto creation of asset from PC

Couple of questions around asset creations from PC (PS 9.1 version)

1. Is there a way to auto-create assets from PC without any manual intervention (without manual/express method). If yes, can you please provide the steps.or What is the best method to create assets from PC with minimum steps

2. If a Project has multiple activities how to create asset from PC based on activity(Not all activities are  capital cost so want to create assets only against capital activities). I see there is an option based on activity status but is there any option based on Activity id or Activity type?
