How to create Siebel servcie

Hi,

Please see the below queries..

1.Can you let me know the steps to delete and create Siebel service or Gateway service by using sieblctl command in scenarios where service file is corrupted.

2. When is the situation we use reset_server command?  Can you list how to use this command step by step?
