oem12c in non ssl mode

Hi,

When I installed oem12c (12.1.0.4), the default install uses ssl mode, is there an option to install it using non-ssl. I know we can run emctl to unlock the ssl mode, but want to know if there is an option to choose ssl or non-ssl mode to install.
