Same production on different machines

Hi;

There different machines on production to produce same product, and each machine has different capacity to process. Production department select machine on its availability it is not fix that a product will be process/produce on some specifc machine. The challange we are facing in defining routing how to handle this whne it is not sure that which machine/resource will be used for production. Please advice how to handle this scenario.
