Create Siebel Order with Promotion From External System

Hi,

I have a requirement to create an order in Siebel from external system like USSD, IVR or Web Self Care (Activate GSM Line from external system), my order structure will be as follows,

  1. 1- Bundled Promotion (Customer Offer) and compound product associated with it.
  2. 2- The associated compound product called “GSM Line” and have both components and attributes,
    1. Attribute called MSISDN which holds the mobile number for the subscriber
    2. Many component products like Voice Mail, GPRS, ID Caller, ….

Based on the above structure I want to create the order, which have the previous line items and set a value for the attribute MSISDN.
