Modify Asset, Hide Due Date Popup

Hi,

I'm trying the hide the popup applet that appear after you press Modify button on account assets, the popup applet is asking for the due date for the generated order and I want this due date to take default value without asking the user to press continue or change this due date, I found that there is a system preference called "Validate Due Date" and I set it's value to 1 and restart the server, but the applet still appear.

Appreciate your help to hide this applet.
