I need to create a picking rule to replenish the pick face location as below

I am trying to create a replenishment task
Specify the are to replenish
system creates a replenishment task for first location/item in Storage Type with quantity less than Minimum required Location,
Source location must be chosen based on FIFOb.
Source Location can be from any Storage Type (usually bulk or overflow) with available quantityc.
Quantity required is MaxQty – Current QtyError

Any help how to create a strartegy
