Oracle Expense Attachment Reporting

Does oracle has any standard report to display all web expenses that are submitted globally, with or without managers approval awaiting to be audited/processed. Report must also show if receipts are attached either at header level or at line level.

I have already used the audit responsibility advanced search this does show attachment column on screen but done not include that column when we export the output.

I am on Oracle R12 1.3
