JVMD agent deploy never completes

We deployed JVMD and ADP mangers on the OMS.


We then tried deploying a JVMD & ADP agent to the local EMGC_OMS1, but the job never completes.

The detail job status shows its still Running for 15+ hours, the detail log is below.
We are using Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.4

I also noticed that the EMGC_ADMINSERVER (admin) now shows down, I am not sure why.
