ORA-01196: file 1 is inconsistent due to a failed media recovery session

Hi,
Our standby has problem, then I shutdown and start mount. After applying some archived log, then I start it read only. I get the error:
SQL> alter database open read only;
alter database open read only
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-10458: standby database requires recovery
ORA-01196: file 1 is inconsistent due to a failed media recovery session
ORA-01110: data file 1: '+DATA01/p1110sb/datafile/system.449.814350397'
SQL> select database_role, open_mode from v$database;
DATABASE ROLE OPEN_MODE
-------------------------- ------------------------
PHYSICAL STANDBY MOUNTED
The alert file shows:
Media Recovery Waiting for thread 1 sequence 14131
Fetching gap sequence in thread 1, gap sequence 14131-14230
