Oracle Procurement Contracts - How to convert (.rtf) templates layout into (XSL-FO) format?

Dears,

Is it possible to convert designed contract template using MS Word and saved in (*.rtf) format into (XSL-FO) format?

As mentioned in Oracle Document Doc ID 1063796.1 that;

1.  There is currently no utility for converting a BI Publisher XSL-FO template into an RTF Template.

2.  Those wanting this functionality are advised to code XSL-FO template from scratch to conform to RTF Template standards.

However, I believe there is an efficient way to use Oracle Procurement Contracts more flexible through applicability of design contracts layout using simple utility.

Any one can advise me regarding this point?
