Process PRC:Update Project Summary Amounts failing with ORA-01400

Hi

Our process is completing in error with the following error message

PRC:Update Project Summary Amounts failing with ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PA"."PA_COMMITMENT_TXNS"."EXPENDITURE_ITEM_DATE")

Does any one know how we can find out which item is causing the issue please?
