wait event "read by other session"

Hi,

In our production envirnoment we have  quite huge no of wait events "read by other session" with same set of sqlhash values. (coz of unique sqlhash values is there any I/O od DB issues ???)

also all the Hashvalue has got more than one plan as well.

Moreover due to the above session waits we have quite huge no of locks on the table objects as well, so we encount waiter against blockers  for few SID's.

also in our oracle alert log found the following.

"WARNING:Could not lower the asynch I/O limit to 192 for SQL direct I/O. It is set to -1".
