Operational plans

I'm trying to deploy a very basic operational plan consisting of the "#!/bin/bash echo Hello, world" script. It works fine for some assets, for others it fails with a message "Error occurred during execution of operational profile" without any additional details. The assets where the plan failed have different environments (linux/solaris, agent/agentless), I was not able to find a pattern to this failure. The only thing is that it seems that the script is not copied over to the assets where the plan fails.
