Tracking payment received for a lease

Hi Experts,

How can we track:

1. Either, Transaction number for the approved schedule in AR, or

2. Can we know in Property Manager directly, whether tenant has paid amount for the schedules or not?

I know that in AR transaction, lease number is displayed in Reference field but apart from this is there any other mechanism to track? And apart from Lease number there is one more number being displayed in Reference field of Transaction form in AR.
