Inventory or Warehouse mgt question on a method to control levels of explosive material

We have a requirement to limit certain materials in our facility for safety reasons.  Is there a known functionality for managing caustic materials and limit the amount of material in an inventory location.  We have it classified as an explosive commodity with a hazard class, but we're unaware of any Oracle functionality that would alert us to too much material being stored in a specific location.  We'd need an ability to create a maximum size/amount that can be in an inventory location and an alert when we try to receive additional material into the facility that would put us over
