Can not see uploaded pdf file on mobile device

I have just started using the the functionality that allows me to view Workspace 11.1.2.3  from an ipad using Safari.  I am able to run the reports just fine.  It is a fantastic thing.  However, I also have uploaded a pdf and an Excel spreadsheet to the same folder.  I can see them in workspace on my laptop, but I can not see them from workspace on my ipad.

Does anyone know why?
