ASCP and Work Orders with status = complete showing remaining quantity

I have the following situation between ASCP and WIP

-A discrete Work Order with a status of Complete

-No components were issue yet

-Original WO quantity was 500 finished good items and only 401 were completed.

-profile MSC:Collect Completed Jobs = yes

In ASCP, I am seeing the remaining WO quantity of 99 (500 minus 401) as still open even though the work order is complete.

With the WO being complete, I expected to see the following:

1.  ASCP WO quantity equal to '0'

2.  The remaining dependent demand for the components, based on 401 end items being completed, still visible in ASCP

Are my expectations correct?
