Error while starting the linux VM

HI

my linux VM was crashed and shows the error message:

mount wrong fs type bad option bad superblock on /dev/mapper/vg_pacremp-lv_root,

missing codepage or helper program, or other error<br/>  In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try<br/>  dmesg | tail or so

Kernel panic – not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

Pid:1 ,comm: init not tainted 2.6.39-400.215.5.el6uek.x86_64 #1

is there any solution?
