Serialized item is shipped but a warranty contract is not created
Hello folks,
We have a issue where a serialized item is shipped but it neither created a warranty contract nor updated the IB record.
Here is our setup:
1. We have a serviceable item and a warranty item.
2. We have a BOM for the serviceable item that has the warranty item in it.
3. The serviceable item(Qty:30) was ordered thru OM and the order was shipped.
4. Only one of the 30 serials has a warranty contract created and IB record updated accordingly.
Issue: We cant find the warrant contracts for the remaining 29 serials.
