11.2.0.3 expdp parallelism didnot reduce exporting time

Hi,

I used expdp to export database from a R12.1.3, 11.2.0.3 database on HP-UX, 64 bit. CPU=32. Without parallelism it took 5 hrs. Then I tried parallel=4, and 60, respectively, they took the same time, 5 hrs. I search website but didnot get any clue. Would you please tell me what I missed?
