Navigate to the Mass Update form, create a batch for WEB ADI,select search and manage item instances and search for the item instance based on contract number.. the excel sheet does not have any records.

Instance Simple search using contract number shows an item instances returned which have active contracts line related

Navigation:

Oracle Installed base agent user-->item instances-->item instance-->item instances-->mass update

create WEB ADI

Enter Batch Name

Select Search Criteria as 'Search and Manage Item Instances'

Enter Contract Number

click on next

Open the WEB ADI Template in excel..
