Enabling Process manufacturing organization after transactions posted in the same organization

Hi,

The scenario is: I have organization created in the system(Process Organization disabled) and transactions have been posted into these organization. Now we decide to move this org as process enabled organization.

Is it possible? What are the impacts of making this change?
