Data Security in OLM

Hi,

We are using OLM V 12.1.3 and on HR RUP 6.

We use OLM in our organisation to record employee training and competences. The standard product allows the administrators to modify enrollments/class information for classes that were delivered anytime in the past say 2 years ago. We would like to create a role XX Training Administrator which locks the class once the class is at a certain status, say, closed.

To achieve this, I've done the following steps:

1. Create Object XX Classes referring to the database object OTA_EVENTS
2. Create Object Instance with predicate: EVENT_STATUS <> ‘C’
3. Create Role: XX Training Administrator
