Not allowing receipt of serial

Hi All,

Material transactions for given serial number (GF051A0796) is showing as 'In Transit' in Install Base (IB) and same in inventory also. However, user is saying that this serial is at customer site from 2012.

How to trace this? Find attached screenshots of serial status in IB and in inventory.

User is unable to make receipt for this serial.
