Font issue after migration from 11 to r12

Dear,

Recently we have moved from 11i to r12 instance every thing done successfully. However, we are facing issue while formatting on report builder. whenever we do (addition of new field or sth) then system show chines font while running report through oracle(ebs-r12) but when we run it locally on report builder then there is no issue with font.

Kindly guide whether is it font issue or bug.
