Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi There,

I am using below BS & method in workflow..

It calls the BS : SIS OM PMT Service

Method : Reconfigure Product Instance with some of the parameters

While executing these steps for particular product it throwing an error that

Error Invoking Service '<?>',Method'<?>' at step '<?>'.(SBL-BPR-00162)..

Please could you share me what might be the chances for the above issue..
