Gift card/Voucher type of program

We have been struggling to put together a process in JDE 8.11 SP1 that will act like a gift card where a customer buys a card/voucher a number gets assigned to that purchase, then in the next 12 months the customer can order and have shipped products against that number without having to have a charge against them.  The purchase would come off there card/voucher number.  We have not found anything in JDE CRM module that would support this type of processing.  Is there a direction you can point us that might help satisfy this type of processing?
